The Film Program Cannes gives film and entertainment professionals and film students the opportunity to experience a one-of-a-kind program of study, tailored to meet their individual professional or academic goals and uses the world's largest film market as their laboratory for research into film funding.

It is a response to the growing need for emerging filmmakers, film professionals, film students and migrating professionals from other fields such as law and finance to acquire essential skills to be able to fund independent films and to learn the ins and outs of worldwide distribution and marketing of independent films. The producing/funding "Intensive" master course facilitates attendee participation, discussion and networking during the film market and festival.
