Film Program Cannes Cancellation Policy: Program content and speakers are subject to change without notice. Space is limited, and all programs are offered on a space available basis. The Film Program Cannes will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site, however, the film Program Cannes holds the right to cancel and/or change event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event. We have not had a cancellation of a major event to date. The Film Program Cannes holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that the Film Program Cannes must cancel an event, you will be refunded your money in full.
The special room and breakfast rate is based on a block booking of May 13 - May 27 2007, the full lenght of the Festival/Market. This is how we get the low rate. Attendees can come and go as they please but they have to pay for the full 14 day period. This is required as it is the full rate the the Program has to pay the College. It has been done this way everyyear. When you register with the College for your room and breadfast note that is the Film Program Cannes and the dates are May 13th to May 27th.
If you need to cancel:
Cancellation for workshops, networking sessions or Intensive courses received more than 45 business days before the start of the program will be refunded 100% of their registration fee but is subject to a $50 processing fee.
Cancellation for workshops, networking sessions or Intensive courses received more than 30 business days before the start of the program will be refunded 75% of their registration fee but is subject to a $50 processing fee and within 15 business days of the start of the program, cancellations will receive a credit for a future seminar of equal value with the Film Program Cannes. Event no-shows will not receive fee refunds or transfer of credit.

Each master class requires a of 10 attendees to hold if it needs to be cancelled your money will be refunded. We have not had to cancel a Master Class " Intensive" four + year since we were founded. If you have any questions please email the Director, Ralph Ackerman: ralph@film-program-cannes.com
